Jonathan completed a Master’s Degree in International Business in 1996 at Indiana University. He worked globally with UnitedHealthcare, AIG and Allianz, before converting his career from corporate to personal finance. He was awarded his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation in 2004. Jonathan is also a member of the Financial Planning Association.

Jonathan lives in Saint Paul with his wife. He enjoys the outdoors, travel and books and is a voracious consumer of podcasts. He is also active in a variety of roles at nonprofit organizations, including Anurag Society, ICCM Life Center, and the local Northern Star Boy Scout Council, as an Eagle Scout, a President’s Cabinet Member and on various committees.
